Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of underground infrastructure construction, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, ensure quality and performance, and manage project success effectively within a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and correspondences to facilitate accurate project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction planning and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in pipe jacking, shoring, sewer and water construction is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$48.71 per hour
