Watrous Mainline is a prominent dealership in Watrous, SK, specializing in both new and used GM vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and offering a wide range of vehicles to meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Certified Automotive Damage Appraiser to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing and estimating damages to vehicles brought into our facility. As a vital member of our AutoBody team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive efficient and effective service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and assess damages.
  • Prepare accurate damage estimates using industry-standard appraisal tools and software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to explain damage assessments and repair estimates.
  • Collaborate with our AutoBody technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections, damage assessments, and repair estimates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive damage appraisal.

Requirements:

  • Certification as an Automotive Damage Appraiser is required.
  • Previous experience in automotive damage appraisal or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in damage assessment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using appraisal tools and software.
