Full job description

Titre: Consultant support - soutien applicatif (RUN).

Le rôle s’inscrit dans un contexte de volume élevé d’incidents et de systèmes legacy complexes nécessitant une capacité d’analyse rapide, rigoureuse et efficace.
Le consultant sera appelé à contribuer à la stabilité des systèmes en production et à la résolution d’incidents, en collaboration avec les équipes TI et affaires.

Objectif du mandat : Assurer la stabilité des opérations et améliorer la rapidité de résolution des incidents.



Tâches et compétences recherchées :

  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents
  • Participer aux incidents majeurs
  • Identifier les causes racines et proposer des solutions durables
  • Collaborer avec les équipes TI et d’affaires
  • Améliorer les pratiques de soutien
  • Documenter les analyses et solutions
  • Contribuer à l’évolution du support via l’automatisation et l’intelligence artificielle



Profil recherché :

  • Incident management (le vrai cœur) :
    • Analyse rapide d’incidents P1/P2 sous pression
    • Capacité à isoler la cause sans avoir toute l’info
    • Bonne communication en situation de crise (bridge calls, exec updates)
  • Connaissance écosystème TI (important) :
    • Environnements legacy (AS400 / mainframe / batch / fichiers / interfaces)
    • Compréhension des flux (extractions, jobs, dépendances)
    • Debug multi-systèmes (pas juste une app web)
  • Outils modernes :
    • Azure DevOps - Familiarité avec AI features / Copilot / Skills
    • Pipelines (lecture au minimum)
    • work items / suivi incident-problème
    • Utilisation concrète (analyse logs, accélérer RCA, recherche de patterns)
  • Analyse et autonomie :
    • Capacité à travailler avec peu de documentation
    • Esprit critique (challenger les analystes affaires ET TI)
    • Capacité à proposer des contournements rapidement
  • Fit organisationnel
    • À l’aise en environnement RUN à haut volume
    • Capable de gérer backlog + interruptions constantes
    • Pas dépendant d’un cadre processus rigide

Compétences techniques

  • Expérience en soutien applicatif (RUN)
  • Compréhension des architectures et flux de données
  • Expérience avec systèmes legacy (AS400, mainframe, batch)
  • Connaissance Azure DevOps
  • Familiarité outils d’IA (AI features / Copilot / Skills
  • Utilisation concrète (analyse logs, accélérer RCA, recherche de patterns)
  • Connaissance SQL
  • Minimum 5 ans en soutien applicatif, incluant gestion d’incidents critiques.
