Are you looking for flexible work that allows you to make homes shine? Blessed Cleaners is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated home cleaners who are ready to take on the challenge. If you have your own transportation, a positive attitude, and a love for keeping spaces spotless, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Team Lead at Blessed Cleaners, you’ll help families and professionals maintain clean, comfortable homes. You'll also be in charge of driving other cleaners to the location. We offer flexible schedules and the opportunity to grow with our team.

Key Duties:

- Clean rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas are spotless.

- Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.

- Use cleaning products effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

- Must have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

- Provide your own cleaning supplies (we can provide if needed).

- Experience with household cleaning products and practices.

- Excellent time management and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and long periods of standing.

Pay:

- Starting wage: $16/hour for training/onboarding cleans (3-5 short cleans).

- Wage increase to $20/hour after training and training success.

- Additional pay opportunities (tips, bonuses).

Job Type: Training starts slow, with full-time in view.
