Highest Starting Rate Day 1 of Training. This is important because ads can be deceiving. Advertised starting rate does not always mean Day 1 starting rate. Training is often paid at a lower rate than advertised. We offer a Day 1 starting rate of $19/$21 per hour and our highest rate is $23 per hour and you are paid the same rate whether you are cleaning, driving, attending meetings, etc.

We are seeking 4 cleaning techs. Experience is not necessary. A vehicle is required.

We have recently been made aware that local competitor(s) (not franchise owners) frequently on this site, are actively spreading false information about us in order to discourage applicants from applying. • Cleaners are paid for ALL time required on a job. If more time is required over and above the estimated job time, the cleaner is paid for it once they notify the office and client permission is received.
• Our accountant handles payroll, payroll taxes and T4s.

• You are usually done at 4 or 430pm unless you want more hours.
• Cleaning and Travel time paid at the same high rate of $19 or $21 Day 1.

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Using the Take Time Cleaning System
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Vehicle and license
• Current clear police record check
• Monday to Friday availability 830am to 530pm but we can adjust your schedule as needed
• Flexible schedule
• Accuracy in submitting your hours to our Payroll department
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Important Questions For You To Ask:

1. What is my Starting Rate Day 1 and What is the highest rate that I can aspire to?You will earn $19/$21 per hour starting Day One of training. Cleaners will always make$19/$21 per hour as the minimum rate. You are paid at the same rate while on the clock whether driving, cleaning, meetings at our office. We provide a large bonus increase at 12 months for those who qualify. This bonus is a significant increase in your earnings.

2. Do I have to go to the office before work and again at the end of the day? No. Enjoy the extra sleep. You will see your schedule every morning in your app. You leave from home, complete your jobs, you’re done for the day. No need to return to the office at the end of your day when you’re tired or need to pick up kids. You come to the office once a week to replenish supplies.

3. Are company cars available? Yes our top tier level enjoys daily use of a company car and are not required to share the ride with co-workers all day.

4. Am I responsible for managing client keys? What happens if I lose a key? Key access is rarely assigned to cleaners. No worries!

5. Will I be paid for ACTUAL hours that I work? Absolutely! You’re paid for ALL time on the clock. If more time is required to complete a job, the office must be contacted so we can get permission from the client and you are paid for it.

6. Will I be required to wash dirty laundry at home? No. All dirty laundry is professionally laundered. Clean sets are provided for you every week.

7. Will I have to buy my own vacuum and pay for its maintenance? No. We provide all equipment and maintenance. No heavy backpack vacuums where you risk damage to your back. (we understand it's a problem with knocking pictures off the walls behind you lol)

Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, spot washing walls and windows using our Cleaning System.
• Communicate with our office staff
• Maintain and submit accurate Time Sheets for hours
• Follow our Cleaning System to ensure timely completion
• Provide excellent customer service to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Follow our Cleaning System to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
