The Crossing Resort is a family owned and operated seasonal employer open from mid-April to mid-October. We are in Banff National Park, 80 kms north of Lake Louise, Alberta on the Icefield's Highway. The Parkway is marketed as one of the top ten most scenic drives in Canada. The Crossing boosts the best hiking the Canadian Rockies has to offer.

We provide staff accommodation and all meals and snacks for under $400/month! The Crossing will train, provide uniforms, all bed and bathroom linens as well as some amenities. Benefits include a 20% discount at all our venues, discounted Park attractions, Associate of the Month Award and Associate Referral Program offering cash bonuses.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join the team at The Crossing Resort.

What Your Day Looks Like

In retail, no two days are the same. You’ll be the face of our brand and the hero of our customers' shopping trips.

  • Customer Connection: Greet everyone who walks through the door and help them navigate our collections with expert advice.
  • Merchandising Magic: Keep the shelves stocked, the hangers straight, and the displays looking like they belong in a magazine.
  • Point of Sale: Handle ring-outs, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately at the register.
  • Product Pro: Learn the "ins and outs" of our inventory so you can answer any question a customer throws at you.
  • Store Pride: Help with opening and closing duties to ensure the shop is always "grand opening" ready.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: You can turn a "we’re out of that size" into a "let me find you something even better."
  • Hustle: You prefer staying busy and can jump between the register and the stockroom without missing a beat.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
