Full job description

Apollo Threading in Leduc is a world-class leader in licensed threaded components for the oilfield industry. We are currently seeking CNC Lathe Operators to join our team.

This is a production-based role involving the operation and monitoring of CNC lathe equipment to manufacture high-quality threaded components. The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position requires rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathe equipment in a production environment
  • Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality
  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report production or equipment issues as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous CNC lathe, machine operating, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
