Full job description

MCL Group Ltd. is an experienced earthworks company based out of Edmonton, AB, with over 23 years in the earthworks industry. MCL Group has a proven track record of being a great employer while providing great results for our clients.

We are looking for local operators in the Bonneyville/Conklin AB. area to start July 8, 2026.

DOZER and HOE Operators:

  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • HOE/DOZER (with GPS) Operator experience
  • Current H2S, GD, CSO, First Aid Safety Certificates are mandatory.

Requirements of all applicants:

  • Able to start immediately.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and reliable vehicle to travel to site.
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Positive and safety conscious attitude
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week (weather dependent)
