Cascade requires three operators for Night Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am) Monday to Friday.

Candidates will be using hand grinders, material handling heavy steel product, painting, and running simple machines. Candidates must:

  • Be able to push/pull approximately 50lbs regularly
  • Have a high school diploma
  • Be able to complete simple math calculations
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to read drawings and schematics
  • Be reliable and attend work daily
  • Have a great work ethic
  • Be mechanically inclined

The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, but anyone who is willing to work hard, has a good attitude and who wants a great job will be considered. These are physical jobs. If you don't like to get dirty, and if you don't want to put in a full day of work, this job is not for you.
