Renovation Specialist

Hiring for ft 8-5 m/f stable work within Brantford.. great group of workers, just looking to add to it.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Renovation Specialist to join our construction and renovation team. This role involves executing a variety of renovation projects, from residential to commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, carpentry, and related trades, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance living and working environments while utilizing a broad skill set in construction and restoration.

Duties

  • Team Oriented, self starter, motivated. Not looking to babysit
  • Hanging Drywall, mudding, tile work, grouting, flooring, trim work, painting, rolling and cutting ( without tape)
  • Or Framing, windows and doors, decks, fences, concrete finishing, siding, metal work, shingling,
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform carpentry tasks including, framing, and finishing work.
  • Apply caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and other finishing techniques.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase.Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction, renovation, or related trades.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks over extended periods.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
