Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while managing staff, budgets, and guest services.

Duties

  • Supervise and lead hotel staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a positive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere by promoting excellent customer service across all departments.
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
