Seeking a medical administrative assistant for a naturopathic clinic in Uptown Fredericton. Offering competitive wages, benefits, and yearly bonus. Approximately 40 hours a week in-office.

Tasks include

  • direct billing insurance companies (ie. Telus Health)
  • scheduling and billing clients using Jane App Practice Software
  • corresponding with clients by phone and email

Seeking

  • hard-worker
  • detail oriented
  • excellent costumer service skills

Ideally have but not required

  • experience with Jane App
  • experience with direct billing
  • bilingualism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday
