Full job description

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service
  • Take dine-in, takeout and phone orders accurately
  • Explain menu items and answer customer questions
  • Serve food and beverages to dine-in customers
  • Prepare and package takeout and delivery orders
  • Operate the cash register and POS system
  • Handle customer transactions and provide receipts
  • Keep tables, dining areas and workstations clean and organized
  • Restock supplies and assist with general restaurant duties
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, server or cashier experience is an asset but not required
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Smart Serve not required

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week

Work Location: In person
