We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Manager, Large & Complex Loss in our Property Damage & Restoration Division.This position will be based out of our Bolton office at 27 Nixon Road.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating, executing, and revising detailed project schedules as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Performing residential and commercial site inspections and accurately documenting details of any necessary emergency repair work
  • Hiring sub-contractors and managing work quality as required
  • Reviewing project blueprints
  • Ensuring the preparation of accurate quotations
  • Managing existing client relationships and fostering new relationships with industry partners
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding industry monitored KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Overseeing project performance including project status, schedule, cost control, etc.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for each project
  • Collaborating with the Production team to follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or VP of Property Damage & Restoration Division

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Restoration Industry handling large loss insurance claims valued at $200,000 +
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driver's abstract
  • WRT, AMRT, ASD and other IICRC certifications are strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1-year of experience using Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, MS Project
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
  • Experience working in or with various trades is considered an asset

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after hours Emergency Restoration Services
  • Attending and actively participating in ongoing training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
