We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Someone who leads by example, supports the kitchen team, and plays a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Sous Chef or strong Senior Line Cook role
  • Passion for from-scratch Italian cooking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Calm and organized during high-volume service
  • Commitment to food quality, consistency, and safety standards

What You'll Do

  • Support the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Lead service and ensure consistency and presentation standards
  • Train and mentor cooks through hands-on leadership
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with the dining room team for smooth service
