Role summary
As a Health Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) across your assigned territory, including general practitioners, paediatricians, and psychiatrists. Reporting to the District Manager, you will deliver value-driven solutions and educational support to ensure informed clinical decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
This is a field-based, sales-focused role where you will own and execute a territory business plan, build strong customer relationships, and drive performance against defined targets. You will act as a trusted partner to HCPs, delivering tailored insights and programs aligned with their needs.
Role and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Product Education

Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions with healthcare professionals to communicate product and therapeutic information.

Deliver clear, compliant, and evidence-based messaging to support safe and appropriate prescribing decisions.

Maintain a high level of customer focus and deliver value in every interaction.
Territory Planning and Execution

Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with corporate and franchise objectives.

Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Monitor territory performance and adjust activities based on insights and business needs.
Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with HCPs by understanding their clinical and practice needs.

Identify partnership opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance patient care and practice outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to maximize customer impact.
Educational and Promotional Programs
-
Plan, develop, and execute educational and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs.

Deliver programs that provide balanced and relevant information on therapeutic areas and products.

Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Operational Excellence and Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
-
Manage territory administration, including call reporting and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience
-
5–7 years of sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-
Experience in CNS or ADHD therapeutic areas is preferred but not essential.
Certifications
-
Valid driver’s license.
-
CCPE Basic Accreditation (preferred or to be obtained).

Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute territory plans.
