Key Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions in home, auto, and commercial insurance.

Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, and the claims process to create a smooth, stress-free experience.

Drive revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and confidently presenting bundled solutions.

Build long-term client relationships based on trust, reliability, and results.

Own the follow-up process — conduct needs assessments, answer questions, and convert warm leads into satisfied clients.

Keep client records accurate and up-to-date using our internal systems.

Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates to better support your clients.
Qualifications:

Alberta General Level 1 or Level 2 License

Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills

Familiarity with Surex Insurance’s products is a bonus, but not required
