Full job description

Secure Start. Elite Training. Huge Upside. No Experience Required. You do not need solar experience to apply for this role. You do not need sales experience. You do not need to already know how to close deals. What you do need is much harder to teach: Work ethic. Self-reliance. Coachability. A good attitude. If you have those four things, we can train the rest. We are hiring entry-level solar lead setters to help us grow across Halifax and surrounding areas. Your job is simple: You go into assigned neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, create interest, gather the right information, and book qualified solar appointments for our closers. You are not expected to close the sale. You are expected to show up, work hard, learn fast, and follow the system. This is a common-sense opportunity. Most entry-level jobs give you a low hourly wage, no real path, and tiny raises if you wait long enough. This role is different. You get a real shot at learning high-income sales from the ground up. You can start as a lead setter, learn how to speak to homeowners, learn the solar industry, learn objection handling, learn how to build confidence at the door, and then move toward closing, leadership, and management when you perform. This is one of the most practical ways to get into a six-figure sales career without needing a degree, years of experience, or a corporate background. What you will do You will: Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about their power bill and solar options Find out if they may qualify for solar Set appointments for our solar consultants Collect the required information properly Submit notes, photos, and details through the company process Attend training and team meetings Improve your pitch every week Represent the company professionally This is field work. You will be outside. You will talk to people. You will hear no. You will also learn one of the most valuable skills in the world: how to communicate, persuade, and create opportunity. The money This role has a secure, common-sense starting path with serious upside. Depending on the final structure, you may have access to: Base salary Lead-setting commissions Qualified lead bonuses Promotion into closing Leadership and override opportunities If you become strong, consistent, and move toward closing, the upside becomes much larger. Training This is one of the biggest reasons to apply. We do not expect you to walk in already knowing everything. We train. You will learn: How to approach a homeowner How to start a conversation without sounding awkward How to handle rejection How to ask better questions How to explain solar simply How to create interest How to book appointments How to use tonality How to use body language How to handle objections How to follow a sales system How to think like a professional salesperson We have access to some of the top sales training available, including Door to Door University, Straight Line Persuasion principles, NLP-based sales training, objection handling, and real-world solar sales coaching. You will not just be thrown into the field with a script and forgotten about. You will be developed. Who this is perfect for This could be a strong fit if you are: Hard-working Competitive Good with people Tired of low-paying jobs Trying to build confidence Trying to learn sales Interested in solar Interested in business Looking for a real career path Willing to be trained Willing to work outside Willing to hear no and keep going Looking for something with actual upside.
