Leasing agent:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our properties to prospective tenants, ensuring that all aspects of the leasing process are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and promote our properties to prospective tenants
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants
  • Screen and qualify prospective tenants through credit checks, background checks, and rental history verification
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
  • Collect and process rent payments
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct move-out inspections and process security deposit returns

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
