Online Psychologist (Ontario) – Join Our Transformative Team!

Location: Anywhere in Ontario (100% Remote)

About Transformation Counselling

At Transformation Counselling, we’re reimagining mental health care across Ontario through integrating counselling, psychology and psychiatry within the same facility with zero waitlists. With over 35+ incredible clinicians and more than 80,000 therapy sessions completed, we’ve helped thousands of Canadians transform their lives through accessible, compassionate, and effective care.

We’re growing our psychological assessment services and looking for a Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate who’s excited to offer online ADHD, Autism, Psychoeducational and comprehensive mental health assessments, and who thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and empowering environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive online assessments ranging from ADHD, Autism, Psychoeducational mood, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You'll be able to set your own scope of practice.
  • Lead and oversee the assessment process with support from psychometrists working in-person in Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge and/or supervisees. We can provide psychometrists, or you’re welcome to work with your own trusted team.
  • Interpret results, develop reports, and deliver thoughtful, client-centered feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with our diverse and supportive network of therapists and mental health professionals.
  • Work 100% remotely from anywhere in Ontario with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Who You Are

  • A Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
  • Experienced and trained in conducting psychological assessments. Particularly ADHD and related areas.
  • Confident supervising psychometrists and graduate-level supervisees, whether they’re provided by us or part of your own professional network.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate, and clear assessments that empower clients with insight and direction.
  • Looking for a flexible, collaborative, and growth-oriented practice that values your expertise.
  • Write assessment reports, recommendations and other resources required by the client, or their insurer.
