Position Overview

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Change and Training Lead will support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 by executing change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training activities across the organization. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams, this role will help prepare employees for upcoming changes, promote adoption of new business processes and technologies, and support overall organizational readiness leading up to go-live.

This is a 12-month contract position, located in our St. John’s, NL office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute approved change management activities to support employee readiness and adoption of new business processes and technology.
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness activities.
  • Manage Change Champion network meetings and initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, role-mapping sessions, and user engagement sessions.
  • Identify and track change impacts, risks, and adoption issues and escalate as required.
  • Support user acceptance testing readiness from a people and training perspective.
  • Develop role-based training materials, including process guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and learning resources aligned with future-state business processes.
  • Coordinate end-user training activities and delivery schedules.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer programs and training deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with Process Leads to validate training content and business process accuracy.
  • Partner with the Internal Communications team to develop and distribute project communications.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and help address concerns, questions, and resistance through targeted change initiatives and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification is required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change, training, learning and development or business transformation initiatives required.
  • Experience executing change management activities within ERP or large-scale technology implementations required.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering role-based training programs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Strong communication, training, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working within Agile or sprint-based project delivery environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
