Full job description

Whitebird, headquartered in Hamilton is a leading distributor and manufacturer of corrugated creative products and digitally printed solutions. Furthermore, the distribution of packaging; sanitation; safety; and shipping supplies. Our employee culture is valuable to us, and our honesty and integrity have a direct effect on our success. We are looking for a day and afternoon shift lead operator of our corrugator.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating our cold corrugator,
  • Inspecting products for quality assurance,
  • Supervising 2-3 other members of the corrugator team,
  • Operating various other machinery,
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment,
  • Following all health and safety policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience running a corrugator
  • Successful completion of high school
  • Forklift license is preferred
  • Overhead crane license is preferred
  • Physical strength and endurance, repetitive bending, ability to safely lift up to 75lbs
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Work as part of a team
