Full job description

We are looking for a landscape construction crew lead/lead hand. We operate out of Vernon, with most of our work being in town.

Minimum three years experience in hardscape installations (paving, retaining walls etc.) is required. We also require the successful candidate to have a desire to learn and a good work ethic. If you commit to us, we will commit to you. We will give you whatever tools you need to learn and succeed. If there is training you want to do, tell us and we will try our best to make it happen!

What we need:

  • Commitment. Show up on time and be willing to learn.
  • Work ethic.
  • At least 3 years experience in hardscape installations (paving, retaining walls etc.)
  • An understanding of construction layout concepts.
  • Drivers license
  • Machine operating experience is a bonus (Skid steer, mini-excavator.)
