  • Strong architectural drafting experience is required, preferably on commercial building projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience preparing commercial building permit and construction drawings.
  • Experience with commercial site development, retail, office, or light/medium industrial projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction documentation, site planning, and building design.
  • Familiarity with municipal permitting processes, zoning bylaws, and development standards is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience coordinating architectural drawings with civil, structural, and mechanical consultants.
  • Knowledge of utility layouts and civil infrastructure.
  • Experience preparing permit-ready and construction-ready drawing packages.
