Lancashire Distribution is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to assume sales territories in the Southern Calgary region to participate in the growth of the company. We are proud to distribute quality lumber and building products from the top suppliers in the industry.

As a Sales Representative your key responsibilities will be to:

• Acquire knowledge of products and processes to deliver a strong and professional presence in Alberta, specifically in the area of lumber & building products.
• Create exposure for Lancashire Distribution in the marketplace.
• Build relationships between current & future customers and Lancashire Distribution.
• Meet sales and gross margin objectives set out by management.
• Manage the territory actively, including maintaining constant contact with buyers, managers and salespeople; requesting purchase orders, create orders and stocking agreements.
• Have discipline and organizational skills
• Have a good understanding of using technology (company supplied tablet and smart phone)
• Building materials industry experience would be a plus.
• Clean drivers abstract is a must.

Lancashire Distribution offers a base annual wage, coupled with a competitive, uncapped commission structure. Three weeks paid vacation, benefits, and RRSP program. Company vehicle also supplied.
