Room Attendant

Lakeview Inn & Suites Okotoks

At the Lakeview Inn & Suites, we define ourselves by the moments we create for our guests. We are looking for our newest team member who will join our fun and dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply exceptional experience standards to every Guest interaction.
  • Foster a true culture of hospitality towards every Guest, Team Member, and all
  • stakeholders of the Hotel.
  • Completion of all required training and assign training to Team Members on an as needed basis, weather apart from onboarding training or routine skills upkeep training.
  • Ensuring absolute cleanliness for all guest rooms
  • Maintaining the highest cleanliness standards in public areas which will include but is not limited to windows, sweeping, and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, changing garbage.
  • Report to work on time, well groomed, in uniform, with appropriate footwear, with nametag, ready to work and always wearing a smile.
  • Uphold safeguards and promote the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and social responsibility.
  • Other duties relevant to the position shall be assigned as required.
  • Communicate all matters pertaining to the well-being of the Hotel, Guests, and Team Members
  • Maintain detailed records of all tasks and projects completed.
  • The above list is not exhaustive and additional tasks may be assigned by the Head of Housekeeping and General Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
