Tree Services & Arboriculture

• Train alongside expert Arborists including a Certified Utility Arborist with 15+ years of experience
• Learn professional tree removal, rigging, chainsaw operation, equipment use, and safe work practices
• Gain experience in a variety of job types including lakeside removals, township/district work and commercial settings

Excavation & Heavy Equipment

• Septic installations and site preparation
• Excavation, grading, drainage, and property development
• Experience operating excavators, loaders, dump trucks, lifts, and specialty attachments
• Learn proper equipment care, maintenance, and safe operation practices
• Opportunity to grow from ground support into equipment operation

Trucking & Professional Driving

• Learn from experienced operators and drivers
• Gain experience around commercial trucks and heavy equipment transport
• Support for employees interested in obtaining DZ/AZ licensing
• Assistance with training costs and licensing fees for approved programs

Roadside & Municipal Work

• District and township projects throughout Muskoka
• Roadside safety procedures
• Ontario Traffic Manual Book 7 training and best practices

Your work may include:

• Assisting arborist crews
• Supporting excavation and septic projects
• Landscaping and property improvement work
• Operating tools and equipment (with training)

Requirements:
