Responsibilities:

Performance Expectations

  • Be part of a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and architects
  • Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
  • Engage directly with clients to understand, design and recommend solutions
  • Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
  • Utilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm
  • Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
  • Take a proactive and continuous approach for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
  • Raise awareness of MNP at community events

Skills and Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions, with two (2) years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module and Power Platform technologies
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 solutions for Licensing and Permits and Grants Management preferred
  • Development experience with the following technologies:
    • Copilot Studio
    • Power Pages
    • Function Apps
    • Logic Apps
    • Power Automate
    • SharePoint
    • ASP.Net, C#, web services
    • North52
    • Data Migration (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft)
    • Agentic/vibe coding
  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
  • Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing.
  • Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Experience on Government projects is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel (local and within Canada)
