Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Line Cook at O'Briens Classic Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Solid understanding of cooking techniques and best practices

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
