Full job description

Compensation and benefits:

○ Base salary: $55,000 annually (must work 44 hrs. per week minimum)

○ Benefits after probation, 80% coverage ( $1500 Dental, $500 optical etc.)

○ Tip-out - $2 per hour and $4 per hour for any hours over 88 in a two-week period (Guaranteed $5000 cash tip-out)

○ Catering bonuses (Guaranteed 33 percent of every catering physically done) Approx. $100,000 per year. Kitchen earns 10-15 percent therefore an additional $5000 per year in cash.

Total compensation and benefits exceed $65,000 plus benefits to start!

  • Duties and performance: A Kitchen Manager, or Back-Of-House Manager, is responsible for the staff who work behind the scenes at a food and beverage establishment. They work closely with kitchen staff, barbacks, and bussers to ensure that the back-of-house runs smoothly. They are an important member of a restaurant team to ensure operations run as expected.

Looking to improve: Labor costs, employee break time, efficiency, team morale, Kitchen closing lists, spec sheets for every item, ordering etc.
