Job Summary
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create a vibrant dining experience for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety while working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re assisting with meal assembly, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, or supporting our culinary operations, your contribution is vital to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to ensure food safety and sanitation
  • Support cooking processes by handling ingredients, portioning, and plating dishes efficiently
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and hand-wash cookware and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
  • Aid in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs
  • Support catering and special event setups as needed to enhance guest experiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
  • Strong knife skills for food prep tasks and familiarity with basic cooking methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
