Full job description

Sicilian Pasta Kitchen South is looking for a great person to join our cooking team. We have been cooking great Italian food since 1995 and a have great culinary team.

We are looking for either a full-time or two part-time cooks/prep cook with minimum one year experience. We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking but also understands the sense of urgency that comes with a fast paced dining-room.

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station with good safety and sanitation practices
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Make pizzas and prep
