Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and restoration, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on various renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Renovator will utilize a variety of tools and techniques to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. This role will concentrate mainly on kitchen installation, however, the candidates will have the opportunity to work in our other devisions which include bathroom and basement renovations, new home construction and more.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for construction tasks
  • Perform cabinet installation, countertop and built in appliance
  • Execute carpentry tasks including, flooring installation, and tile laying
  • Apply caulking and perform construction painting to achieve desired finishes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the renovation process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction or renovation roles
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
  • Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
  • Ability to perform restoration tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about renovation work and committed to delivering exceptional results. We are looking for 2-3 individuals with varying levels of experience.

Pay: $23.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 44 per week
