Laggan's Mountain Bakery is seeking full time staff for a cook position.

Laggan's Mountain Bakery and Delicatessen is situated 5000ft above sea level, right in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

We are now seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail oriented individual responsible for the handling of our recipes and orders in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Be prepared to work as a team member in a dynamic workplace, the ability to multi-task and adapt to different jobs is very helpful.

Staff Accommodation is provided for all full time staff at a subsidized cost.

POSITION AVAILABLE:

KITCHEN STAFF - Kitchen Staff are responsible for basic food prep; i.e. slicing deli meat, cutting vegetables, batch cooking (home style), preparing a variety of hot food items and general kitchen maintenance including but not limited to cleaning, dish washing and sanitation.

Full Time Kitchen Shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Full Time Hours: 5 shifts a week with 2 scheduled days off.

Part Time Kitchen Shifts: Availability for Mondays- Thursdays

Kitchen experience is necessary, we need someone who can manage their own time and manage all work that needs to be done throughout the day.
