We are seeking a full time Cook, skilled in South East Asian Cuisine, to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food safety in our kitchen. Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal production
- Monitor and replenish kitchen inventory as needed

- 50% production, 50% service with dishwashing
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a South East Asian kitchen (Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean)

- Knowledge of South East Asian ingredients and taste profiles
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
- Excellent time management skills

- Strong English communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
