What you will do
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality, maintainable analytics algorithms to solve business problems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high-quality deliverables through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize features enhancements.
- Define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Write unit, functional tests, and integration tests plus debugging to ensure robust high-quality software.
- Design, develop, and support automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using testing frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values learning, mentorship, and growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continued evolution and improvement of the development process and software architecture.
- Shape the future direction of analytics as we move into new markets.

What we are looking for
- A genuine passion for programming and problem solving, with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Strong interest in data structures and algorithms, and excitement about applying them to real world problems
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code in an object-oriented language such as C++ or Java, with openness to learning new languages and tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), and interest in using them to learn faster and work more efficiently
- Understanding of object-oriented design patterns and design practices, and an eagerness to apply and deepen that knowledge
- Curiosity to explore problems, ask questions, and learn from others while working toward better solutions
- Motivation to build high quality, performant systems and continuously improve how you work
- Interest in testing and quality, with a mindset of ensuring what you build works reliably and can scale
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and the full software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down challenging problems into manageable parts
- Interest in learning about supply chain concepts and how software impacts real business outcomes
- Collaborative mindset
Nice to Have:
- Ability to write C++ code following modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20)
- SaaS product development in large-scale enterprise environments
- Supply chain domain knowledge (Demand Planning, MRP, S&OP, Capacity Planning)
