What will your typical day look like?
Deloitte Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Planning to join our consulting team based in Canada. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and significant hands-on experience implementing planning solutions (such as SAP IBP, Logility, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or OMP). You will lead end-to-end planning diagnostics, drive process design for planning transformation projects, manage client relationships, and provide strategic and practical insights to help clients improve performance.

Join our dynamic, high-performance team of approximately 150 Supply Chain experts dedicated to driving transformation across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Our professionals collaborate closely, travel globally, and leverage diverse perspectives to deliver innovative, impactful solutions for clients.

You are someone with experience:
- Leading supply chain planning transformation projects, from business scoping and design through data integration, system configuration, testing, training, and successful go-live.
- Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Providing recommendations on data migration, system integration, and functional customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Providing expert insights in critical supply chain planning areas such as Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Distribution Requirements Planning, Constrained Master Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and Finite Scheduling.
- Partnering with clients to identify opportunities for operational excellence and digital transformation.
- Supporting business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience with supply chain planning.
- Strong preference for candidates with hands on implementation experience of Supply Chain Planning Software such as SAP IBP, Logility, Anaplan, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder.
- Extensive practical experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Constrained Master Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and Finite Scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex supply chain challenges and develop pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Consulting background preferred, demonstrating a client-first mindset and adaptability across multiple projects and environments.
Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
