Full job description

We are hiring.

Paterson Enterprises is searching for a confident hard-working individual to fill a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. We do work some weekend and evenings however this is rare. We need someone with skills in home renovation and building maintenance. You will be required to work in a group setting as well as independently. Occasionally you will need to communicate with our clients while on job site.

Our chosen Candidate will need to be comfortable learning new skills as you will be exposed to many areas within the renovation field such as.

· Drywall, concrete and masonry work, framing/fences/decks/siding/flashing/window, and door installation, plumbing, simple electrical as well as finishing work like painting, tiling, flooring and trim.

· Paterson Enterprises is also a dealer installer for Phantom Screens, Roll Pro shutters and Screens, RolTec retractable awnings and Top Shop countertops.

Candidates are required to have a valid driver’s license and be able to get to and from our shop location. It is a bonus if you have some of your own basic tools and most important your own drill and impact set. Less common tools will be provided. We will require you to fill out daily paperwork to highlight struggles and accomplishments, this helps us all learn from each other to be able to reflect and celebrate achievements.
