Cleaning Technician – KC and The Sunshine Cleaner’s
Location: Sturgeon Falls & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role includes cleaning residential homes, commercial buildings, rental units, and Airbnb turnovers. You must be able to work independently, follow checklists, manage time well, and maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality cleaning in homes, offices, and short‑term rental properties
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Complete deep cleans, move‑out cleans, and turnover cleans as needed
- Restock supplies and report any damages or maintenance issues
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients
- Ensure all assigned properties are cleaned thoroughly and on schedule
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments and multiple locations per day
