We're currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic Ens Toyota Parts Department. Whether you're an experienced parts professional or someone with a strong automotive background looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same! In this role, you'll:

• Assist customers and team members with parts lookups and recommendations
• Use schematics and catalog systems to identify the right parts
• Process parts sales, shop orders, and customer payments
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Support collision repair customers with their parts needs
• Receive and organize inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and stock management
• Help maintain a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns with care and professionalism
• Support various day-to-day operations within the Parts Department

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 1-2 years of automotive parts experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable computer skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
• A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License
