About Noory Engineering Inc.

Noory Engineering Inc. is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm providing structural, civil, architectural, municipal, and project management services across Canada. We are seeking a highly organized Proposal Writer to help expand our growing portfolio of public and private sector projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
  • Review RFPs and identify submission requirements
  • Monitor and identify relevant tender and bid opportunities through MERX, NBON, and other public or private procurement portals.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, estimators, and project managers
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary subcontractors, specialty consultants and vendors to obtain quotations, proposals and technical information required for project submissions.
  • Write persuasive technical and non-technical proposal content
  • Manage submission deadlines to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Develop project methodologies, work plans, schedules, and team resumes
  • Maintain proposal templates and marketing materials
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and submission deadlines
  • Assist with interview presentations and award submissions
  • Maintain a database of project profiles and company qualifications
  • Maintain a database of submitted bids, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proposal writing experience, ideally in engineering
  • Experience responding to engineering or construction RFPs
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with municipal, provincial, and federal procurement is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
