Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310T Mechanic or Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing issues and performing repairs on various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive or machinery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
