ARAMARK is looking for General Kitchen Helpers for the Nemiscau Camp, James Bay

Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.

Transportation is provided by airplane from the airports of Montréal, Québec City, Bagotville, and Rouyn-Noranda.

Employees are provided with meals, private accommodation, and washer and dryer facilities.

Position: General Kitchen Helper

Location: Hydro-Québec, Nemiscau, James Bay

Salary: $23.40/hour

The schedule is 70 hours per week. After 55 hours, overtime is paid at time and a half.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Maintain the kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areas.
• Comply with established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote camp environment is an asset.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Ability to meet operational requirements.
• Comply with established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

• Good physical stamina to lift and carry objects.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently in assigned tasks.
