WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Book qualified painting estimates (no hard selling)
• Represent J&B professionally — clean appearance, clear messaging
• Accurately log leads and notes for the office team
• Hit weekly production targets and own your numbers
• Canvass high-income residential neighbourhoods (Windermere, Riverbend, Terwillegar, etc.)
• Start confident, respectful conversations with homeowners

Key problem you solve:
- This role exists to fill our sales calendar with high-quality homeowner appointments so our crews stay busy and profitable.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (Scorecard Snapshot)
- After 30–90 days, success looks like:
- Consistently booking 8–12 quality estimates per week
- Low no-show rate due to proper homeowner qualification
- Clean, accurate lead notes (no chasing or confusion)
- Homeowners mentioning you positively by name
- You embody Competitive Greatness and Ownership

• REQUIREMENTS (Read Carefully)

You’re a strong fit if:
You have prior door-to-door, canvassing, fundraising, or sales experience
You’re comfortable speaking with homeowners 30–65+
You can handle rejection without taking it personally
You show up on time, prepared, and coachable

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You want performance-based income, not babysitting

Not a fit if:

• You’re looking for “easy money”
• You need constant supervision
• You’re uncomfortable knocking doors or talking to strangers

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay Structure:

• $20/hr guaranteed base
• $25 per booked estimate
• Top performers earn $2,500–$4,000/month part-time
• Clear path to closer / hybrid role for strong reps

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 5:00–7:30 PM
• 10–15 hours/week
• Local routes only — no random areas
