  • Go Nano(R) Roof Rejuvenation: an innovative technology that restores aging asphalt shingles, extending roof life and delaying costly replacements

Our growth depends on a strong, well-managed field team. The Field Team Lead plays a central role in making that happen.

The Role

The Field Team Lead is a working leader. You will spend time in the field knocking doors alongside your team while also taking ownership of the day-to-day operations that keep the lead generation engine running.

This is not a desk job. You lead from the front, coach in the moment, and are accountable for both your own results and the performance of the team around you. You will work closely with company leadership to set territory strategy, onboard new hires, manage canvassing tools and CRM data, and build a culture of consistency and accountability on the ground.

What You Will Do

Field Leadership and Lead Generation:

  • Actively knock doors in Calgary residential territories alongside your team on a regular basis
  • Demonstrate best practices for opening conversations, qualifying homeowners, and booking appointments
  • Set the standard for professionalism, energy, and effort in the field
  • Conduct in-person coaching and real-time feedback during canvassing shifts

Team Management and Development:

  • Onboard and train new Lead Generation Professionals on product knowledge, canvassing technique, and CRM use
  • Run daily or weekly team briefings to review targets, share wins, and address challenges
  • Monitor individual team member performance and provide structured coaching and development plans
  • Identify high-potential team members and support their advancement
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and motivated team culture

Territory and Operations:

  • Research and identify residential neighbourhoods in Calgary with strong potential for attic insulation, mold, and roof rejuvenation services
  • Plan and assign territories to maximize coverage and reduce overlap
  • Manage canvassing and territory mapping tools to track progress and adjust strategy
  • Oversee CRM data quality, ensuring leads, appointments, and outcomes are logged accurately and consistently by all team members
  • Report on team metrics and pipeline activity to company leadership on a regular cadence

What We Are Looking For

This role is best suited for someone who has already proven themselves in a door-to-door or field sales environment and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience in door-to-door canvassing, field sales, or direct sales
  • Previous supervisory, team lead, or mentorship experience is a strong asset
  • Strong communicator who earns the respect of a team through action, not just title
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage territory planning, CRM oversight, and team schedules simultaneously
  • Data-aware: comfortable working in CRM systems and using performance metrics to guide decisions
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to maintain energy and consistency across the team
  • Natural coach who can identify gaps in performance and close them through hands-on development
  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

In this role, you will be measured on both your personal contribution and the output of your team. Key indicators of success include:

  • Consistent team lead volume meeting or exceeding weekly targets
  • High CRM data accuracy and timely logging across the team
  • Low team turnover driven by strong onboarding and ongoing development
  • Territory coverage that is strategic, well-documented, and regularly refreshed
  • A team that improves over time because of your coaching and investment in their growth
