Sales Associates - IRIS FREDERICTON


IRIS, The Visual Group is looking for a sales associate in Fredericton, NB
Do you have sales experience and you're looking for a new career or are you currently working in the optical industry?
Are you looking for flexible working hours?

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job descriptions :

  • Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
  • Performing frame adjustments and repairs
  • Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
  • Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
  • Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
  • Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
  • Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
  • Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
  • Submitting insurance payments for patients
    • Scanning hard files

  • Booking appointments and invoicing, direct billing for patients
