Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing company in the clean technology sector, is transforming residential energy management through advanced hardware and software solutions that make sustainable energy more accessible and efficient.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team in Montréal. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of inventory and warehouse activities.

If you are detail-oriented, enjoy maintaining organized inventory systems, and can manage responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Accurately count and record inventory
  • Allocate stock to designated storage areas
  • Prepare kits for manufacturing and engineering requests
  • Assist with office reorganizations and clearing activities as needed
  • Properly dispose of packaging materials
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Report discrepancies and inventory issues to management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
  • Ability to safely lift and move inventory weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English
