Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 30th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.   

BCLC Community Impact tour is back in action this year and we are looking for high energy Brand Ambassadors to join our team. The BCLC Community Outreach Tour will be appearing at multiple open-air events across the Lower Mainland, Interior and Northern BC. Such as festivals, concerts, and Soccer Watch Parties. Our team will encourage guests and attendees to play fun lawn games and answer informative trivia. Informing the public of how BCLC gives back to British Columbians everywhere!

To excel in this role, you will have strong customer service skills and sense of leadership, in addition to having open availability for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is required, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.  

Brand Ambassadors Responsibilities:

• Arriving to footprint 15 minutes early to be prepped for the shift
• Providing excellent customer service to guests
• Handling assets with extreme care
• Delivering clear key messaging
• Supporting the Supervisor and Team Lead with tasks
• Tracking any problems and reporting them to the Supervisor
• Completing a nightly report and sending it to the Supervisor
• Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.  
• Answering any questions from guests that are within their scope 
• Monitoring customer feedback and deescalating disgruntled guests onsite
• Representing the company in a fun and professional manner  
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
• Active participation in set up/tear down/opening/closing tasks
• Willing carry and help set up branded event assets such as tents and tables

Team Lead responsibilities:

• All of the above and
• Secondary manager of team on site
• Liaison between Brand Ambassadors, Supervisor and onsite contacts
• Managing, overseeing and active participation in set up and tear down of event assets
• Managing and executing break schedule for in-field staff
• Driving and handling rental vehicle
• Supporting Supervisor and Brand Ambassadors with tasks
• Collecting reporting material for Supervisor
• Providing feedback and coaching to team members on site by encouraging accurate and client approved key messaging

Requirements:

• Comfortable with heavy lifting of 30-40lbs
• Comfortable with standing for long periods of time
• Full team must be over the age of 19 and have valid ID
• Team must be available for and complete training sessions
• Team Lead and Supervisor must be comfortable with driving a sprinter (elevated cargo) van or 1 ton cube truck (16 ft)
• Team Lead must be comfortable and available to travel on weekends

Schedule 

Training: June 3 or 4 (general training)

Activation date range – May 16 – Sept 30, 2026

Locations: Kelowna

Pay Rate:

• Team Lead: $28/hr
• Performance bonuses, BA $250, TL $500, Sup $750, completion and performance-based evaluation
