Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Location: Fermont QC/Labrador NL

Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us in the role of Outside Sales Representative. This position will serve as a vital role in supporting our current team of experts and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, and market conditions.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, tact, and integrity.
  • Manage and execute a call schedule to effectively cover an assigned territory.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP responses for prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed of new products and services to support customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an external sales role.
  • Bilingual in both English and French required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close sales involving multiple decision makers.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self motivated with a high level of energy and initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
