Journeyperson Insulators Wanted – Vancouver, BC

The United Brotherhood of Carpenters is seeking qualified journeyperson insulators for work at Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards.

Position details:

  • Location: Vancouver, BC
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Hours: 5:45 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Overtime: Optional daily overtime available

Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson and second year or higher apprentices
  • Relevant trade certification or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a shipyard environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Valid safety certifications and reliable transportation are considered assets
