Full job description

Richmond Elevator Maintenance Ltd.

Hoist Mechanic (Licensed or MIT) – Elevating Devices Mechanic- EDMC (Class C).

Location: Richmond, BC - Area of Work: Lower Mainland

Qualifications:

  • Hoist Mechanic (licensed or MIT) – Class C Mechanic in Training required.
  • Electrician required
  • Milwright required
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Valid driver's license & willing to travel as required for work.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all work on Class C Elevating Devices
  • Proper documentation of work completed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot to their components.
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Class C or currently working towards Class C Mechanic
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must be self motivated and take initiative
  • Good trouble shooting/problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed, hardworking approach and capacity to work in a high-volume company

Salary negotiable

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
