Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in fostering strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Spanish. You will be responsible for managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting our sales strategies through effective communication and analysis. Duties

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote products and services.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets through research and outreach efforts.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and demonstrating product capabilities effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Support bilingual clients by offering services in Spanish to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Business development experience with a track record of expanding client portfolios.
  • Account management experience demonstrating the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic insights.
  • Technical sales experience preferred, especially related to technology or engineering products/services.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
